RENTAL SYSTEM

The scholarship in WANAKA Farm starts with the Rental system.

WANAKA Farm let the Land Owners make profit in $WANA through leasing their land(s) to Renters

With the introduction of Rental System, the Default Land Players can share the unused Land area(s) from NFT Land Owners to Earn through the Quest System.

Basic mechanism for Rental System

• Rental fee in $WANA depending on the contract size of the Land Owner (number of plots, rental period).
• Land must be attached to the Map in the game to be allowed to rent, Renter can rent ingame or on marketplace V2, then $WANA is still deducted from the ingame balance.
• Renters can rent multiple contracts, But land for rent will limit the number of contracts open, depending on the level of the Land.
